Setting up your own club on eSwap is very easy, if you are a Club or Association then the president or nominated representative can very simply list the Club or Association.

The President of the Club or Association can send its members Monthly Newsletters, regular updates, pending meeting info etc so simply and all through the eSwap Site.

The members can contact the Club or Association President through the Club pages if they wish as well.

All of the Club or Association members can attach any items they are Swapping or Selling through the eSwap Site to the Club page as well as the normal site Auction, Swapping pages.

This new feature will be so helpful for Club and Associations to find and meet other like minded Collectors, Hobbyists, and Associations to grow their interests and enhance their collections as well.

Members can join online other Clubs that are dealing in their same interest group; If you are in NSW and there is a good Club or Association in WA you can join them online and attach items you want to swap or sell and so on.

This type of service to our knowledge has never been offered or provided before by any other means.

The unique eSwap philosophy is to bring groups of people together in one place to help find items, enhance collections, increase memberships, and grow the interest of their particular Hobby or Associations.

eSwap will help by providing a web page within the eSwap site, the President can contact members, send News Letters, and the users when they have joined eSwap can simply Join the club from their dashboard.

When a member of eSwap has joined a club they can list items for Sale and Swap on the site then attach those items to the Club they are a member as well.

The ability to reach like minded people through the eSwap pages will be hugely valuable to increase awareness and bring opportunities to the club/association and its members.

SWAPPING:

The site provides an exciting opportunity to trade by offering items to swap for another item, to swap and have a cash settlement as well. You can either get something plus some cash or get something better and pay some cash to complete the transaction.

When you list an item on eSwap.com.au you have the choice of listing as an Auction and accept Swap offers as well all within the auction process.

You can list a Swap only item where you would prefer to simply swap one item for another.

You can also attach any of your items to a Club that you are the president of or a club that you have joined on the site as well.

The system allows members to directly contact each other through the site without giving specific personal information until both parties are comfortable with the each other’s situation.

The most exciting feature is the ability for an interested party to upload and send pictures of the item they want to negotiate with, it may be a Stamp or Jewellery or even a Houseboat, this helps with the negotiation process and will be particularly valuable for Collectors and Hobbyists.

Selling on eSwap is just as easy, listing items for sale is as simple as joining and uploading your item for sale.

Basic listing on eSwap are still free with very competitive fees if the user wants to feature their item or items, there is a small success fee applicable at the end of a successful auction.

Remember if you list something as a basic listing and it does not sell or swap there is no charge so no risk either.

When listing an item for sale you will also be offered the accept a swap offer during the listing process, this gives another dimension for disposing of the item and even offers an opportunity of finding something else you like during the process.

eSwap CLASSIFIED

Individual tabs now allow users to list & sell online without and expensive end fee and buyers can easily view items through the classified search function that works within the Classified section only.

Listing a Classified item is as simple as clicking on the SELL Tab and the Classified option is selected, apart from that the listing is the same as an online auction.

We offer two views within the site main page now that allows the user to simply Click on Online Auctions and Swaps or the Classified View that displays all of the Cars, Boats, Motor Cycles and Real Estate as Classified sales.
